#189 Improved Serial Port selection to list the available serial/COM ports detected on Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi OS, and macOS.
#190 Added a sample Santa Clara County ICS-213 form (SCCO.ICS213) and implemented the Forms substitution service for automatically populating supported form values such $MSG_ID, $CALL_SIGN, $USER_NAME, $CURRENT_DATE, and $CURRENT_TIME.
#192 Added “Use Form as New Message”, essentially clone an existing form into a new message. This allows anexisting form message to be used as the starting point for a new message while preserving the original.
#194 Added “Edit Form” for Draft and Queued form messages. This allows an existing form message to be reopened, changed, and saved back to the same message.

#186 Rremoved the deprecated Serial Test Open/Close control from OptermX Preferences.
#187 Removed the deprecated Telnet Negotiation / Terminal Type setting from OptermX Preferences.

Documentation

#183 Added the OptermX User Basics Guide, providing operating instructions for the OptermX terminal application.

#172 Added Insert Text File… to the message form for inserting the contents of a text file into a message.
#171 Added a configurable Tools menu for launching external applications, with the OpTermX Terminal Emulator included as the default tool.

#173 Added support in OpTermX for sending single characters to a TNC without appending CR/LF, as required by functions such as Kantronics TNC calibration.
#174 Reworked Preferences > New to initialize new profiles with the appropriate default settings.

#134 Fixed Linux Open Data Folder failures in PyInstaller builds by launching the system file manager using a cleaned external-process environment. Verified on openSUSE 16.0 with Plasma/Wayland, Plasma/X11, LXQt, Openbox, and Xfce.
#147 Made Preferences > Copy functionality consistent across all configuration areas.
#153 Fixed Delivery Receipt handling so receipts are not sent for downloaded bulletins.
#154 OutpostX no longer attempts to delete downloaded bulletins from the BBS, regardless of who sent them.
#155 Downloaded bulletins are now correctly identified as Bulletin messages rather than Private messages.
#157 Changed the main message list 'Dir' column to 'Type'. Message types are displayed as B for Bulletin, NTS for NTS traffic, and blank for Private messages.
