  • (#134) Fixed Linux Open Data Folder failures in PyInstaller builds by launching the system file manager using a cleaned external-process environment. Verified on openSUSE 16.0 with Plasma/Wayland, Plasma/X11, LXQt, Openbox, and Xfce.

  • (#153) Fixed Delivery Receipt handling so receipts are not sent for downloaded bulletins.

    • Documented that Linux x86-64 builds require a processor supporting SSE4.2 and POPCNT. Older Intel Core 2 systems may fail to launch with a Qt "Incompatible processor" error.

    • Documented the missing libgthread dependency required on some Linux distributions.
    • Fixed Setup dialog profile switching that could discard unsaved changes when changing configuration areas. (#133)
